  • Instructed mural painting course in Spanish for 12 students, Found opportunities for murals with local businesses and commissioned murals for found for art supplies, used excess money to create a mural grant for one student to win yearly

  • Provided instruction and assistance to Connecticut college painting students, provided one on one instruction to young clients age 5-12 in their home
International Christian Church at Immigration Detention Center Tacoma, Preacher, July 2018- present

ARTS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
Seattle Art Museum, Emerging Arts Leader, June 2018- September 2018
  • Created storytelling and art workshop for Think Tank program; engaged museum visitors of all ages.
  • Organized and attended community events, conducted tour on color theory with 11 weeks of interdisciplinary research, interviewed professionals of all levels of the Seattle Art Museum.
  • Identified opportunities to improve equity and inclusion within the organization; offered feedback on marketing campaign to improve inclusiveness of messaging.

  • Hung large scale paintings for monthly first Thursday Art Walk, greeted visitors and answered questions about the artwork and the artist.
